Recommended by a local friend, we ate quality meat and very good arrosticini, pleasant and friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, it lived up to our expectations we will be back, we recommend it!

Very fresh and delicious meat, it melted in your mouth, the torcinelli were fantastic (he went to get them himself very kindly), the staff were super kind and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We had a meat-based dinner with friends, for everyone it was the first time and expectations were met and I would say even exceeded. As appetizers we ate a Black Angus carpaccio, very tasty and melting in the mouth, then some bruschetta crispy to the right point with various garnishes, including meat with ultra delicious glaze, sausage and cheese, peppers etc.. really good. To follow as a main course we chose a beautiful 2.3 kg cut of Manzetta Garganica, coming from Apricena (fg) cooked perfectly and served with a griddle. Various choices of wines available, we went for red, Naunia 2021. Service so kind, as well as helpful and friendly starting from the owner! Too bad for the location, the outside tables are close to a crossroads in the city. Parking is easily found in the adjacent streets, a little less on weekends. Price not cheap, but fair considering everything. Recommended!

I ate there for 6 days. Never got bored of the food. Always ate new things. Among the most welcoming and warm staff I've ever met. Excellent cuisine, cozy and stylish place. Excellent meat, fantastic first and second courses. It was a business trip, and they opened for us at lunch (it's January). Really happy to have found a place like this.

Excellent, well-furnished and well-maintained bistro almost in the city center, with a wide selection of the best aged meats, a good selection of wines, fast and efficient service, and friendly and helpful owners. Prices are medium/high, but given the quality of the food and especially the meat, it's definitely worth trying again.

The staff couldn't believe that my bro and I could finish like 2.5kg of meat, it was really fun to ask for dessert too 😂😂 In San Severo you can eat properly in very few places, Koru is one of them, special attention to the steaks which in my opinion are the highlight of the place, we recommend it to everyone! 🔝🔝

Tonight was our first time at Koru Bistrot, and it was a truly pleasant surprise! The staff welcomed us like family. Kindness, friendliness, and warmth are their hallmarks, not to mention the excellent food from the first bite to the last! We'll definitely be back! Ludovica, Daniele, and Ines

We were passing through, something unexpected, and we couldn't have been happier with this choice! We ate fabulously. Excellent service Quality food Portions were just right, not too much, not too little... we wanted to try every dish we ordered, we left bursting at the seams. We had the mozzarella in carrozza with fondue, I could have had a thousand more... the cacio e ove bombs... my mouth is watering as I write this, spectacular... a kind of meatball with excellent quality meat. Pasta, fricelli, tomato, dry ricotta, and basil, even the sauce tasted like something your grandmother made. Then a platter of goat and sheep cheeses, and for the main course, the torcinelli. I couldn't even explain them, delicious, I wasn't expecting the chili pepper, but they were super unique. As if that weren't enough, we had desserts with homemade pistachio cream... mouth-watering!! Not to mention the welcome, as if we were family or longtime friends... excellent! The four of us spent €120 with all the food, a bottle of wine, and I don't remember how many bottles of water. When we return to Puglia, this will be a must-see! Thanks for the welcome, guys. It was a pleasure meeting you!

An incredible experience at Koru Bistrot in San Severo! If you're a meat lover, this restaurant is a true paradise. The service is impeccable, with friendly, welcoming staff always ready to accommodate every request. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, perfect for a dinner with friends or a special evening. A must-visit for anyone visiting San Severo!

My girlfriend and I had dinner there, we had various appetizers with cold cuts and cheeses, a Fassona tartare and then the highlight... a 1 kg steak Everything was excellent, the best meat I have ever eaten. The staff was competent and very friendly, everything was TOP, I will be back
